Clinical Evidence: A recent multicenter, randomized, double-blind, Phase III clinical trial (published in Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy) evaluated the efficacy of oxiracetam in patients with traumatic brain injury. The study results showed that compared to placebo, Oxiracetam (6 g/day) significantly improved patients' cognitive function scores, with no serious safety issues reported.
